Not for sensitive skin - caused major inflammation

I have been using another skin care company for years - however, I like to add the 100H moisturizer and occasionally the Dramatically Different moisturizer. I struggle with redness and constant battle with blemished mostly caused from mild rosacea. I purchased this cleanser along with the matching primer to help neutralize the redness and uneven tone (since it has a green tint). I used ONLY these items for 3 days and had to stop immediately. The burning was unbearable, my face was throbbing and the flare up caused major peeling and worsened the very few blemished areas I had existing. By day 3 I looked horrible and my skin was majorly dry. I heard that there is hydrocortizone in this and maybe the percentage that is used is to much for my skin to handle. Not sure - but I sadly will be returning to Ulta. Im bummed because I thought something with the words SOOTHING or Redness would be what I needed.

I have rosacea so when I decided I wanted to try a Clinique cleanser this was the first one I tried. It was very emollient and didn't aggravate my redness, but at the same time I didn't feel like it really cleaned my face. It's at least worth a shot if you have rosacea.

Takes red away but does not remove makeup! It just smears makeup all over! Like rubbing oil all over your face!

I wash my make up off with this! Works very well. I don't know why they said it doesn't clean because it does!

Not For My Rosacea and Sensitive Skin

I have rosacea and sensitive skin. First few days this worked ok. While my skin didn't really feel clean or remove makeup, it did initially reduce the redness. Then after a few days my face got redder and started to itch. I stopped using and the issues stopped. I wasn't sure what to make of that because Clinique is known for making products for sensitive skin without fragrance. I had never had an issue with another product from them and use several. I even waited a few months and tried again. Same thing.

This cleanser is really gentle, which I love. Other cleaners make my face dry and tight, but not this one! The only thing that could be better is that it doesn't remove all of my makeup. If I use this product first, I still need to use micellar water afterwards to get off my foundation. But that is okay - I will still use this product.

I really like this cleanser. I use it after removing makeup to get my face really clean but in a gentle way. It’s so easy to use. Wet face, apply a tiny bit to your hands and work all over face and rinse off. It leaves my skin really smooth.

Totally surprised by these products! I have for whatever reason just developed a pretty severe case of rosacea. I know there's no cure, it's a constant battle, but by adding these products along with my anti-inflammatory diet and sun avoidance, etc., In about three days there has been MARKED improvement in my skin/redness that I never expected. Along with these products, this trial pack, I did add the moisture surge intense by Clinique, where I was able to get a small trial size, and a bottle of 'The Ordinary' Hyaluronic Acid for another extra layer of extra moisture. My advice to you is if you're on the fence buying 'more products', that just seems beforehand to be another 'waste of time and money', do it…and give them a chance. I was totally taken aback, chances are you will be too.

I have super sensitive skin and have been looking for any sort of skincare product that won't leave my skin red, dry or irritated. When I went to Ulta to explore the skincare section the employee heavily expressed that this would help relieve and take away any redness or irritation. However, it did the opposite. The first few times I used it, it was great, but as I kept on using it the product was making my face red and irritated each time I applied. In my opinion, I would save your money and keep exploring because if you have sensitive skin like me, this product probably won't work.

This is the best cleanser I have ever used. I have very fair skin with redness. After applying this cleanser my skin feels calm, clean, hydrated and without any signs of irritation. I do recommend it to anyone with red and dry skin.

This supposed to remove make up as well as cleanse but it doesn't not remove make up. I've only used it twice so I can't say if it helps redness yet. It didn't irritate my face at all or dry it out though so that's good. What make up remover would be good to use before this? Disappointed I will need multiple steps to clean my face.

I have very dry skin with mild rosacea. This cleanser works for me along with the Redness Solutions moisturizer and Moisture Surge 72 Hour with Lipids! They have gotten my rosacea under control. I also use Clinique Mineral Sunscreen for face 50 SPF.
