From the Back Cover

A POWERFUL NEW APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP THAT'S PERFECTLY SUITED TO CONTEMPORARY ORGANIZATIONS

COACHING POWER is an incisive, exciting, and inspiring new way to look at leadership. In the book, experienced business leaders and executive coaches Tom Preston and Luciana Núñez convincingly explain why all leadership is a form of coaching and how you can develop your coaching skillset to help your followers achieve their goals and fulfill their highest potentials.

The authors show you the frameworks, tools, and mindsets you need to understand and deploy to connect with a workforce that includes members from five distinct generations. You'll learn to use different styles of leadership with different people in different situations without compromising your own unique style or foregoing the use of your personal strengths.

COACHING POWER demonstrates the fundamentals of listening, observing, intuiting, and questioning and walks you through how to use those fundamentals to create high-performance teams that consistently achieve or exceed their objectives. It's the perfect book for directors, managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and other leaders who want to bring out the best in everyone they work with.

"All leaders today are expected to have coaching skills as part of their leadership repertoire. This book is a treasure trove for anyone looking to develop, improve, and refine their coaching skills."
--JAYNE OPPERMAN, CEO, Consumer Relationships, Lloyds Banking Group

"As businesses transform and adapt to unprecedented levels of change, this book gives the reader new ways to engage, access creative solutions, and navigate uncertainty. A real game changer for leaders."
--CHRISTINE SIEMSSEN, Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, Danone
