I got 2 G70's 2 replace my H14's, big improvement in light out out, but it is larger and more weight. Literature on the website mentions a pocket clip, it does not come with one. It also mentions that the S50 sheath is for the G70. While the G70 will fit in the sheath, there is only about 1/4 -1/2" of velcro left to hold the flap. The flap needs to be much longer and more velcro to secure it.

The best flashlight i have ever purchased. It is durable and extremely bright and in a convenient size so you can take anywhere. Glad that I purchased Coast products and will continue to purchase more. Five star review!

This flashlight is the perfect size and plenty bright.

Excellent product, & excellent service, & excellent warranty. Use Lithium batteries to avoid damage from alkaline.They did not have to replace old G-70, damaged from leaking alkaline battery, but they did. Any future purchases of any products sold by Coast will definitely be purchased from only them.

Brand new batteries will corrode quickly. Coast recommends taking them out, placing in a bag, and putting them back in when you need the light.

I bought this light a few years ago.Turned off at first by the two hand twist focus I pulled it out of the closet out of curiosity. I charged up a set and a half of Eneloops and am duly impressed. Twisting it is not a chore. Yes the push pull focus lights are easier to manipulate but the G70 twist easily and quickly. I had forgotten how BRIGHT the G70 is. It is a BIG light. It feels like a large hammer. It has impressive heft. I may have just ordered a push pull focus Coast but the G70 is still a winner. My G70 gets babied now along with the rest of my huge light collection. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars as the light could have also been push pull. Its heft reminds me of the late great HP550.
