Coast G45 385 lm Silver LED Flashlight AAA Battery

I received this light as a replacement for an “LED LENSER” I purchased in 2006. While changing batteries (3 AAA) the battery holder broke and it was beyond my ability to repair. Contacted Coast for a replacement battery holder but they are no longer stocked. Coast suggested I pursue replacement under the lifetime warranty. It worked, I got a new G45. Very similar, 3 AAA, 1 Light Level, 385 Lumens, 1 hour runtime. What I miss from the old light: 60 Lumens and an actual runtime of 25-30 hours. As an old equipment maintenance guy I found that 60 Lumens, an on/off switch and long battery life in a sturdy but handy size was perfect. I have nothing but appreciation for Coast's warranty policy. Customer and warranty service was slick and painless. I think I received an excellent light after I had worn out the original light. I'm just disappointed I couldn't keep the old one in service.

This light was actually a warranty replacement. Warranty service was great. The new light is even better than the original. I’ll buy more Coasr Lights

The switch on my 1st flashlight stopped working (it was more than a few years old). Coast replaced it. Free of charge.

This one is a replacement for the one I've been carrying with me everyday for the past 5 or 6 years. My original was replaced at no charge to me when the switch started to fail. This light is bright and very compact. Batteries last a pretty long time. I use it dozens of times everyday.

I wish it was a little brighter but definitely gets the jog done. It’s a good inspector type flashlight. Only thing I could ask for is rechargeable battery.

Purchased a G45 to replaced a G45 I purchased in 2015. The old one is wearing out. I use them daily. I like the on/off only switch.

About this pair of little flashlights to keep in the glove box of my cars. They function perfectly for exactly what they're for, small, compact and bright. If not, had them long enough to comment on their longevity but if there anything like the other coast products I have they will be around and functioning a long time.

This is a nice all around light for several things. Form doing a home project to working on an automobile. Quality is superior as in all Coast products. Another nice light!

I purchased this to use on my job as an assembly quality inspector for an automotive company. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. The cut-out handle for the switch makes turning it off and on easy. I use it approximately 10 hours at a time constantly turning it on and off. Very bright Works good for under vehicle inspection. Would definitely recommend this product.

I have 5 of these. I carry one daily and them in my house, truck, tool box etc. They conceal easy but are also not to big to be cumbersome.

Exchanged 3 times and all of them failed after a couple of months. The switch in the cap is the problem. You have to tap it to get the light to stay on. It must have weak contacts or something.

Great all around flashlight. Bright light, durable body, and simple design make this a favorite. Finally I was impressed with the ease of using the lifetime warranty. Coast not only has an amazing product that works well, they back it up with an amazing lifetime warranty

I have at least 3 of these. They are GREAT lights. Small and very bright. I carry one in my shirt pocket and use it multiple times a day.

So my old G45 stopped working and I was super bummed. Completed the warranty process, which was a breeze, and now I have another great flashlight. Lifetime warranty is fantastic. Keep up the great work Coast!!

Got this about a month ago mainly for dog waking, but I am finding that it is becoming my go to flashlight. The beam on this has a focused center that lights the immediate area where you have it focused. But it also has a secondary "outer" beam that illuminates the area around your primary. I love the clip that I can tquickly remove and turn around so I can clip the light to the brim of my hat for hands free operation. The light is very sturdy and well made. I'm getting a few more to give to my kids for their cars.
