Below than average performance

Camera works good not fine enough to read license plates but is expected. My main issue is with the software. I find myself resetting my preferences every other day. Every week I need to turn on GPS, Wi-Fi motion detection, exposure, WDR, screensaver, speed unit, & microphone. To connect on their Drive Smarter app you need to have a lot of patience and reset devices for a clean pairing. My main problem is that even though I format the SD card frequently I still need to reset my settings since the system gets reset every couple days. For the bare minimum, I would recommend but for this price I would say it is not a satisfactory product.

Not real happy

Still not sure about this set up was difficult. Still not 100.% sure if it’s running tight. Yesterday out of the clear it just shuts off. About a hour later I got it to power on. So not really happy

Easy Setup and Use

For a front and rear facing camera this is hard to beat for the price range. Plus, with the app it gives you driving directions and alerts. Dashcams in my previous vehicles have been great for dealing with insurance companies after accidents.

Very happy with dash cam

I purchased the SC200 D, as well as the cabin view attachment. Both have really good coverage and clear pictures. Also the magnets that hold them to to each other are very strong. A couple things of note. The forward dashcam video quality does go down from QHD 1600p to 1080p when you have a second camera plugged in. Also it has no battery. So it must have continued power if you want tonuse parking mode or sensory mode. (Both work well assuming you have power) I use this dash cam for content creation. And the microphone works well too. This device is compatible with the drive smarter app. It's really easy to use and connect. And you can change all your video preferences and set up options easily . The app is great. However it would be nice to be able to select multiple videos at a time to download. Videos also download kinds slow. Overall i still highly recommend both the SC200 & the cabin view attachment.

Great camera this is my 2nd and my dad's 1st The only complaint I just wish that they would have available replacement parts and a easier app for the camera and Android sync. Other then that it is a great camera.

Great unit, second one purchased after not being able to find it locally. Install instructions could be a little easier, like the adjustability of the rear camera view, I should have looked at you tube first.

Easy setup and mounting. Excellent picture quality and much improvement in screen size. Operating buttons are well placed. I personally like to mount the cam using the optional suction cup mount. This mount allows infinite placement options anytime you choose.

Lasted less than 2 years

I was given this as a gift and it was working fine for the 1st year. After that the audio stopped working and within the last two weeks it won't record anything anymore past 8 seconds. Tech support told me to update the firmware and it didn't change anything. They suggested it was the memory card, which I knew wasn't the case since I just replaced it with a compatible card without any improvements.
