i like the quantities of each B included. Low in niacin which for me was important since there is a point of toxicity for it, which for me was an issue because of other supplements having large doses of niacin also(found out the hard way). Gives you more control to take more or less without having to break pills. lots offer huge levels of each B, very few offer these lower levels with the niacin so low. remember even too much of a good thing can be bad. price could be lower, but good enough i will continue buying.

Clever idea but...
Tastes like bitter orange and takes a long time to dissolve, like 20 or 30 minutes. Also it has vitamin c in it which can't be good for your teeth. Lastly it colors your tongue and saliva bright, bright yellow / orange which might stain your teeth yellow. It needs to be worked on.

Itch
I was attracted to this B Complex cuz it had some Bs in their active coenzyme forms. But it made me itch for about 30 - 60 min. after I took it. So I'll try Jarrow B-Right.
