submitted byCochise - 11 months agoA: Absolutely YES ! The Coffee Mate Liquid Creamers have to be refrigerated as soon as possible, do not let them set out fot any length of time or they will go bad. Refrigerate as you would milk.

Q: Has anyone used this in smoothies?
A: This is absolutely the best in smoothies! I’ve also added it to a cake mix that called for milk(that I didn’t have) And it was AMAZING!!

Q: can this not be in the fridge if it has not been opened
A: I'd like to add/note that the bottle says it contains a milk derivative that does not contain lactose. I'm assuming this means there's no dairy and you have to be less afraid of it spoiling.

Any items that are shelf-stable before opening will be clearly marked on the bottle with "refrigerate after open". For best quality, we also recommend you use the product within 14 days of opening. A: no, you don't. it's creamer that has the faint taste of sweetened condensed milk that they would normally serve in thai iced coffee or thai tea.
