A: Hello! The guidelines for handling and storing propane cylinders are as follows: 1) Keep out of reach of children. 2) DO NOT EXPOSE TO HEAT, sparks or flame. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Do not store at temperatures above 120F. 3) NEVER STORE IN LIVING SPACES. 4) Always use cylinder stand with top mounted camping appliances to prevent tip over. 5) NEVER REFILL this cylinder. Refilling may cause explosion. Federal law forbids transportation if refilled. 6) Never put in luggage or take on trains or aircraft.

Being an avid camper, I received this as a birthday present from my mom when I turned 18. I used it in at least 7 campouts that year, for probably about 21 days total. It performed flawlessly in each and every one of those campouts. I have used it in at least four camps a year for somewhere between 10 and 20 days every year since then. I am now 39 and it is still performing flawlessly. It ‘s required no maintenance other than regular cleaning. I’ve used a wide variety of stoves for hiking, camping, and fishing, But for car camping, you really cannot beat the ease and convenience of this stove. Accordingly, I highly recommend this product.

Needed a simple and reliable stove for our camping trip. This is a no frills model that requires an external lighter to ignite. It provided ample heat for our camping meals - coffee, pancakes, eggs, veggies, and potatoes. Thanks for making the same stove I used 40+ years ago.

My mom is doomsday prepping (which is unfortunate for her) but she absolutely swears by this thing. Doomsday aside, it comes handy in a pinch whether you’re camping or down on your luck or have an outage. It’s warm and reliable and all around easy to use.
