ThIs pool had awful instructions and a broken piece to the pump

We were putting some water in to smooth out the bottom before we had water delivered and noticed it leaking from one end. We had to crawl underneath it to found a cresent shaped thin tear in the bottom. We set it up on concrete covered with a double tarp so we know we did not create this hole during set up! Disappointing that we now have to wait for the patch to sit for 30 minutes before getting it filled.

I just got the pool for my kids an didn’t not like how it looks with the water inside looks like is going to break! Didn’t want to even fill the pool cause looks like is going to break.

Overall, it's a good, solid pool. Setup was easy. About a leisurely hour unpacking the box and verify everything was there. Another hour assembling (By myself, would be a bit quicker with a second person). I was installing it where my old much larger pool used to be, so ground was already flat and clear of debris. If you need to level ground, that will take longer. The issues, in no particular order: 1. The 1000 GPH filter pump is under powered and the filter cartridges, while they trap the larger debris, they do not capture the fine dusty material (Think pollen, which is a huge water cloud problem). Water was still cloudy after multiple days. Any pool of this size should have a better filter system. I rigged up my old 70 GPM (4200 GPH) sand filter over the wall, and the cloud was gone in an hour or so. 2. No wall skimmer. Again, this is a must for a pool of this size. The aftermarket one that clips on the sidewall will sit inside the swimming area, and I don't think will last long with kids bumping up against it constantly. Be prepared to be constantly using a net to retrieve bugs and leaves floating on top. 3. Extremely poor trimming of the floor vinyl. In some areas, the piece is trimmed to with a 1/4" of the seam. Other areas, there is near 2" flap of material beyond the seam, trapping dirt, chemicals, bugs. It's the chemicals that bother me. I'm guessing acidic chemicals trapped between the two layers of vinyl is not a good thing. 4. The bottom sheet of vinyl is two pieces melded together. It has a pattern. On mine, the two pieces were not lined up to match the pattern. Any one with OCD will be driven crazy. 5. The three filter connection ports need to have an angle attachment (or as stated above, the two filter intakes need to be replaced with a skimmer). The weight of the hoses filled with water pulls them down, and I can see this becoming a weak point in the future. For the question below (Would you recommend this product to a friend?" Probably, but I would point out the above comments to them. This pool is a temporary replacement for my 13 year old 27' round pool that exploded just as it was ready for the season when high winds threw a patio table into the side wall. I just haven't decided what the permanent replacement will be. It will suffice for a season or two.

The height is perfect for kiddos who are learning to swim without floaties because they touched the ground (age 5-6). Loved the port hole. Set up after ground was level was a breeze. Definitely a 3 person job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pool was very easy to set up after the initial ground prep. It took me about a month to prep the ground to be level and rock free. I really love the porthole, it just adds a fun element to the pool for the swimmers and those out of the pool(ie: your 1 1/2 year old that just broke her leg).

With my husband and teenager, this thing was up and filling in about 30 minutes. Super simple yet sturdy design. The steel frame and thick vinyl are sure to last for years to come. Not a single detail was forgotten! I especially love the faux tile design on the bottom. The two peek-a-boo underwater windows are fun, too! The ladder is a little wobbly, but I was just happy that the pool even came with one! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this pool. Our family can't wait to put this thing to some real use next summer!

The first thing that I noticed was how high quality the material of the pool was and the nice ladder that came with our pool set. The steel frame is sturdy and we are so excited to swim.

It took my husband less than an hour to set up by himself & it was filled by the end of the day. The coated steel bars were made to keep from rusting & the extra thick vinyl pool will last you for years to come. My favorite feature is the extra heavy clear pieces of plexiglass windows in the side. This is super great to keep an eye on the kids or just to check to see if you left anything on the bottom of the pool before vacuuming. The pump worked great at getting out all the little bugs & floaters that ended up in the pool. Taking it down for the end of the season was just as easy as the setup. I already cannot wait to get it set back up for next summer!!

We at one point had 3 adults and 4 kids in it and still had room for more to fit comfortably. The one issue we had is that the filter needs to be stronger, we will be investing in a sand filter to make it better,

It seems as if this pool was built with quality material as the feels very stable and durable. Needless to say, we absolutely love this pool!

The kids love it, especially the windows, and can't wait to have it for next summer. Setup was straightforward and went pretty quickly. I wish the pool came with a cover - that was a disappointment. It was also a little tricky to try to get all the wrinkles out of the bottom of the pool. I recommend doing as much as you can before adding any water, and finishing as you add water. We waited until there were a couple inches of water in there, and we found it impossible to do anything about the wrinkles at that point so we pumped that bit of water out and started over.

The directions are very easy to follow, no tools were needed for setup. It has a nice sturdy ladder and the pump works great. A quality pool hands down, very sturdy, I love the plank look. Plenty of room for the whole family. The portholes are a cool bonus. The piping is very sturdy and strong no plastic parts a steel frame. A strong quality liner so the pool should last for many years. I highly recommend this pool our family loves it.
