No quality control
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I shopped early (September) as I am on a fixed budget and have so many to shop for. Unfortunately, when this was opened on Christmas Day, we discovered it was printed upside own. I would have thought the company's quality control would have caught this error prior to shipping but did not. I contacted Customer Service to get this item replaced but they refused to make any exception to their return policy. have been a good customer and now feel cheated!!
