I bought this item for a family member. She was so pleased.
My family member was really pleased with the slippers. What I was not pleased with was this was a Christmas gift and because I sent the wrong amount it was late. The calculation was my error, but instead of emailing me, since you have my email address, you sent me a notice via USPS. This caused the slippers to be late. Not a happy camper....

I was teasing a friend of mine as she told me about not having any slippers to run out to the car to see her grandchildren for a second. I told her she needed some kitten slippers to slip on and go, just as a joke. When I received my latest catalog pow! there they were! Kitten slippers!
