This item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my friend. When it originally arrived, it had been very poorly cushioned for such a fragile item and the handle was broken in 3 pieces .I contacted customer service for a replacement. The first representative did not follow through on all the required steps to generate a replacement. When a reasonable amount of time elapsed, I called again to see where my mug was. The second representative followed through, and a replacement very well wrapped in bubble wrap arrived. If this mug was not so special to my friend, I would have asked for a refund.

I bought it as a gift for my sister who has been an avid Elvis Presley fan since we were kids. I like this design more than some of the other Elvis cups I've seen.
