Doesn't spin well.
Although the spinner is pretty. It is not designed well to catch wind. It only spins with strong wind force.

I have this placed in a small flower garden. I always look at it spinning in the wind showing the variety of colors contrasting to each other. Pretty even when not spinning. Glad I bought it.

I would not because it will not spin
I was excited to receive this in my order. The colors are vibrant but alas! It refuses to spin. My neighbor has a spinner about 15 feet from mine and his spins like crazy! Mine just looks dumb founded and will not move even with a nice breeze. Very puzzling. It was easy to assemble.
