I ordered one because I love cardinals and Christmas season. It arrived with the pattern going in the wrong direction - up and down, not across, so the pillow has to stand on end. I wrote and they sent me a second one - they apologized for the problem; however, the second one arrived the same way. It is not the way it is pictured in the catalog. The picture has it correct, but it doesn't arrive that way.

My 1st order & had major problems. Quilt 2 small design turned in different directions & this sham ripped out at the seams when pillow was installed.
