Bought two of these. Love the design and very comfortable to stand on. But I washed according what instructions said and hung them on clothes line to dry. Their no longer puffy and soft. Little white particles are falling out of both of them (from the bottom)and as soon step on them they want to bunch up. Upset because they matched shower curtain and curtains.

Last year I punched the snowman shower curtain and loved it so much I added the matching rugs this year. The rugs are perfect. They don't slide, absorb moisture, and the size is accurate. I ordered 4, three for my very long bathroom and 1 for my kitchen. Highly recommend

I haven't installed the shower curtain yet it's surprise for my daughter in law, they live with us. We both love snowmen. Months ago I ordered the kitchen set for me so last time I got a set for her for Christmas!!

The Mat itself is very cute. But I ordered 2, only received one. Called support, barely unstood them, they said they would send another one. Next day my paypal sent me an email saying Collection etc billed me again. Called up support again and asked why they were charging me for an item I already paid for. They said it was policy and it would be taken off my paypal once I receive it in the mail, then asked if they should send a Mat to me, I told them, I thought you guys already sent one to me and that's why I was being billed. I didn't want to be charged again for something I already paid for. It was a nightmare with there customer support. I have been ordering from this company for many year, time to time. But with this last order, I don't know If I will ever order from them again, Plus they charge a high handling fee.

It is very comfortable on my feet and legs. Love the thick padding.
