I wouldn't really say this is a cleanse. It does help you have a bowel movement. BUT, it doesn't fully clean out your bowels. I bought this to help with constipation and it doesn't fully empty bowels. I took this days in a row. One day I was still constipated and I didn't have a bowel movement. I was hoping it was stronger to actually cleanse the colon. I drink a lot of water too...

Great value if you’re trying to kickstart change
I bought this to use in conjunction with the nature’s craft liver detox and cleanse after feeling the effects of a sluggish bogged down fatty liver. Between this and cutting out fast food, I lost 15 pounds in a month and felt better than I have in a long time. It’s a great restart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, not harsh to the GI system. I can take this twice daily for regularity and comfort. I use GLP-1 and this helps with sluggish bowel.
