Colorblock Beaded Crossbody Bag - kate spade new york x Target Red/Pink

Absolute garbage. Tried to return but missed my window. Threw it in the dumpster outside of the store.

I was on the fence about ordering this because of some reviews, but I’m so glad I did. It’s gorgeous—unique, well made, with sturdy hardware. Feels like a much more expensive piece.

Wanted to love this but the beading was heavy. Reminded me of a beaded car seat cover from the 80s. A lining would have been a plus. I returned it.

This purse is so cute! However, it’s very heavy and it doesn’t have lining inside of it. I sadly had to return it.

I did like the looks of the bag however I could hardly get my hand inside. It was tough getting my wallet in there. My keys fit fine, but that’s about the size of it. . To me, this is a bag more for a kid not an adult .

This is a gorgeous, great quality bag for the price! I love Kate Spade and had to have this beaded clutch. It doesn't have a lining but that doesn't bother me. Perfect for a quick trip when you can put a lip gloss, keys, phone and small wallet in.

Arrived with a broken strap. Cheaply made.

I absolutely love the aesthetic of this whole collab, so I purchased numerous items and, overall, the quality and execution have been hit or miss. Unfortunately, this bag is among the misses. I purchased this online and it arrived (as so many fragile things from Target do) thrown into a box on its own. No padding, nothing - so needless to say, the purse was damaged upon arrival. But I didn’t even notice the damage right away so we will get to that later. The purse COULD be cute. I love the color and I love the style. But the beads are cheap, poorly made plastic and it shows. You can see the lines and imperfections on them where they were molded and it makes them look like beads from a child’s jewelry kit. The string holding them together is also plastic and the places where one piece of string joins to another are very visible and ugly. One was right on the very front of the purse! The purse is also unlined and has no means of closure which means you will need to use another bag inside it or smaller items could easily fall out. So needless to say, I had decided I would probably return this before I even noticed that loose beads and the gold ring that the shoulder strap should connect to were broken and floating around in the box. I really wanted to like this bag, but the execution was cheaply done and if the strap couldn’t even survive a ride in a FedEx truck, it probably would have fallen apart quickly with use. On the plus side, now I don’t need to covet the other color combinations that I wasn’t able to purchase!

Love the design, look, and feel of this bag. However, once I took the stuffing out, the bottom sags. So, if I put things in it, it’s going to dad instead of keeping its shape. This bag would have been perfect with a lining and something in the bottom to keep the shape. But $35 is still an okay price and I love the bright colors! A few of the beads have already lost their sheen I’m assuming from shipping, so I worry they will fade and peel over time. But the plastic weave seems pretty strong upon first inspections. Just hope it holds up.

Very cute but will return. It is not lined, so you can see through the beads. The flap doesn’t have an actual closure to keep it in place, which I prefer in case it falls over and things pour out. It is also very heavy and I intended this for a pop of color on vacations but it’s too heavy to pack and carry all day.

I wouldn’t have bought this seeing it online. But I went into the store and it was there and super cute. I love the combo of pink and red. If it’s my small LV keychain/wallet and my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Crossbody strap is super long so when I went home, I was actually able to cut it. Pull off quite a few beads and re knot and use it with a shorter Crossbody strap and it looks super cute and fits perfectly now.

Very tiny and not lined hard to carry anything

I fell in love with this bag as soon as I laid eyes on it. However once I took the stuffing out the bottom was already sagging before I put one thing inside. Maybe putting something in the bottom to "line" it would help. I do love the colors and design!

This is larger than I thought it would be and absolutely gorgeous. It comes with a matching coin purse which was a fun surprise! I bought both colors. Highly recommended.
