Great for a party with a blacklight!
Pretty glitter, the sparkle is concentrated but it doesn’t glow from light out of the jar. Fun if you are a Haunted Mansion fan, and it does glow under a black light!

It is sparkly but does it glow??? No it does not. I tried it out with an extremely bright moutain bike headlight (it is brighter than modern headlights on cars) and let it shine there for few, took it off, went in the dark and 0 glow. Oh well.

Doesn't glow in the dark long.
After holding a flashlight to my skin, it only glowed for 5 seconds then nothing. Does not dry well. You could get away with just getting the regular glitterally obsessed. I had such high hopes and only bought it cuz it supposedly "glowed in the dark".

Didn't Glow
I wore it to Disney and it never dried down so it will constantly be on the move. Biggest bummer was that it didn't glow in the dark even on the rides with UV lights. Did look very pretty in sunlight though.
