FRUSTRATING SAVE YOUR MONEY
First of all, these are plastic. I've purchased Arrow Utility Hooks and I expected the same quality. Those hooks hold everything and they're nice. Command Hooks are flimsy and the adhesive tape is not sticky at all. I spent, wasted time and money on three packages. VERY FRUSTRATING

All of the hooks were damaged upon arrival…like others, I assumed they were metal, not plastic. Unfortunately, I didn’t check reviews before purchasing. Such a bummer, because they match my brass decor really well!

Not happy
I love command hooks but these did not hold up like typical command hook. One of mine cracked and broke off in the first week though its weight burden was a tiny decorative object significantly less than the .5 lb max. Another had an issue sticking and continues to fall. I would not recommend these. The heavier duty ones are much more reliable.

These are cheap plastic hooks painted to look like metal. Every single hook was broken (cracked in half) upon arrival.

I was worried because of the reviews. But I love these. I put them up last weekend and so far so good. I have one holding a hand towel, one a little mirror and another my little man’s kids towel. I’m not sure if others are putting too much weight on them or not putting them on a flat enough surface but I haven’t had any problems. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely 100 percent Plastic!. Very dissapointed a syeh package states metallic. They should have specified "metallic color". Useless. Can't even hold a hand towel.

Doesnt Stay up
The adhesive it came with fell off the wall and ripped the paint while it was still settling. Hadn’t hung anything on it yet. Was super disappointed. Later used the velcro command strips and those have kept it up so far. Would recommend doing that over what it comes with.

Worst hook ever
Literally would not even stick to the wall, let alone hold anything. Seriously it fell off as soon as something touched it. Don't waste your money.

Love the GOLD!
I have always loved the ease of 3M hooks, but I'm really loving the new designs. This gold hook doesn't have a huge hold load, but it works great for my desk calendar. I really love that is comes in a finish othe than silver/gray, white or black. I wish 3M made more gold hooks, but this one worked for the lightweight object I had. My biggest tip is to follow the directions perfectly on how to apply it, and be sure to wait the 1 hour before hanging anything on it. This step really seals the grip on the wall and keeps my calendar from falling down.

Strips not sticky AT ALL. Defective?
I had the same exact problem as other reviewers. The strips are not sticky at all. I tried a frew strips and they were all the same, the surface was smooth. I had to return them to the store.
