Q: DIRECTIONS TO HANG THEM

A: It has instutions on the product. I usually attach the adhesive to the hook then hold for ten seconds to bond. Then leave it over night. The next day I push it against then wall cabnet or whatever surface for ten seconds. Then leave it for 24 hours. This is overkill, but seems to work! Next day I hang the thing on it. It urks me when people do not answer these questions and then just give a phone number. We all can learn from real answers! There is a wall side and one to put on the hook. It is marked. It does pull of the plaster if a textured finish. I like the comand adhesive products because I can hang junk up and not have a handi man inside during COVID. I also cannot find anyone because of COVID. Living in apartments this is so important. Dont want to invest. Hope this helped.

I have used these many time but recently purchased 2 large packages and none of the tabs were sticky. I had to order and pay for replacement tabs in order to use them.

Not as good as the ones with white sticky backing

These do not hold up as good as the ones where the sticky piece is the white, almost squishy foam type material. Tried to re-apply these twice, waited the hour before hanging a garland on them and they fell. Going to get the white ones instead.

Followed directions exactly and tried multiple times. Not sure what I am doing wrong but these just fall off the wall without even putting anything in them. As soon as it even touches the wall it is no longer sticky. Never had an issue with any of their other products though 🤷♀️

Don’t waste your time with these. I followed instructions, exactly, and even waited after I put that he said on the wall, 12 hours overnight before I even hung anything, and within 20 minutes the picture and the command piece fell off the wall. I had a very light piece hanging, so it wasn’t because of the weight that made it fall. It’s not strong enough adhesive in my opinion.

I followed the directions, including the part that tells you not to hang anything on them for a certain amount of time, and have had no problems. I have even hung a pretty heavy sign on my door that I open and closed often throughout the day with no issues.

I used one of these to hang a thermometer sensor on my outdoor patio cover. So far everything has been holding tight. Just make sure you put some thought into which way the hook and pull tab go, otherwise, you may end up like me with having the pull tab sticking out the top of the hanger - whoops. Still holds though.

These are less than useless. I use command strips for many things so I know how to use them and apply them correctly. These ones in particular just do nothing. They won’t stick for a single second. Very frustrating when these are the smallest ones. I have ones that hold 5 pounds that work much much better.
