This is achieved through a 3 part system: command strips, clear backing mount, and decorative hook that slides onto the mount. To hold the 10 lb limit, this hook requires 3 large command strips. This is perfect for light coats or other clothing items.

It’s classy and elegant looking and very useful. I hung it on the back of a guestroom door, and it holds clothing, robes, towels, and other items. The three hooks allow for holding multiple items at once. The entire piece is sturdy and fits very well with the room’s decor.

It gives you three separate hanging spots, though in reality, you’ll probably only use two at a time unless it’s for lighter items. It’s compact, so it’s not meant for heavy coats or bulky bags, but for things like a purse and a couple of jackets—or in our case, bathroom towels—it works perfectly. We’ve been testing it with our larger towels, and so far it’s held up just fine with two at a time. I wouldn’t overload it, but it definitely feels sturdy for that use. I like that it actually looks nice too. The satin silver has a clean, modern look. We also tried a black version, and I honestly like that one a bit better since it matches our decor, but the silver is just as good in terms of quality. No tarnishing so far, even in the bathroom’s humidity. But only time will tell, since it usually takes a while for things to tarnish. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to remove without damaging the paint. The connectors let it come off cleanly, which is a big plus if you don’t want permanent holes in your wall. Installation was quick and hassle-free, and it’s been sticking really well even on bathroom walls. And our bathroom doesn’t have a fan, so it gets super humid. That means places to hang things is very limited. While I can toss my bath towel over the shower rod, where can I hang my essentials bag? Putting it on the door is fine but just using an ugly hook is not. Since I have satin nickel for everything else in the room, adding a satin nickel hanger was my idea of a go-to solution. Enter the Command™ Decorative Extra Large Satin Nickel Triple Hook and my bathroom is in heaven! The first step was cleaning the door so the Command™ Decorative Extra Large Satin Nickel Triple Hook adhesive strips adhere to the door. Next we removed the backplate from the triple hook, to make it easier to add the adhesive strips. Then using the 2-sided adhesive strips, apply the Red Side to the Backplate of the Triple Hook. Press it in place for 30 seconds or so, then add the Black Side to the backplate. Press and hold to the surface where you are mounting the Command™ Decorative Extra Large Satin Nickel Triple Hook and press into place for 30 seconds. Slide the Command™ Decorative Extra Large Satin Nickel Triple Hook onto the plate and you're ready to hang! Keep in mind, the weight limit is 10 pounds and they also recommend allowing the adhesive to stay attached to the wall for an hour before adding weight. I also used a small leveler to ensure that the Command™ Decorative Extra Large Satin Nickel Triple Hook was level on the door. Nothing would be worse than installing it off-center or on an angle. I'm a stickler for that. Looking for a hanging solution for smaller spaces? Look into the Command™ Decorative Extra Large Satin Nickel Triple Hook. I'm glad I did and so is my bathroom!
