Rattles, not secure
It looks fine and it was easy to install, but the hooks rattle on the bracket. There is too much space between the bracket and the hook. Now I have to try and figure out how to fix it bc my toddlers can just slide the hook right off the bracket without any difficulty, and I am using these on my kids’ cubbies for their jackets and backpacks. Lazy design and manufacturing.

A little tricky but sturdy once hung correctly
Once I figured out the slide needs to go with the shiney/wider side facing out, it went on well and secured into place. Taking off one star because that wasn't super clear in the instructions. I had to really study the shape in the picture to figure out I had it backwards.

Terrible product, can't even stay on the wall much less hold any weight. Once the screws are installed the slotting device no longer fits. It is impossible for it to actually work and rips a hole out of your wall in the process. Do not waste your time and money on this awful thing.

Modern Octopus Hook
The hook itself is very attractive & sturdy, but the installation is very poorly designed. You screw two screws into a metal cast support piece on to the wall. Then you slide the hook onto the support piece. The hook hangs VERY loosely on the support piece. As another reviewer said - it wobbles. I imagine that anything hung on the hook will whip the hook off the wall as you lift it.

Awful - DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!
I'd rate zero if I could. The way it mounts is horrendous. I pounded the anchors as flush against the wall as I could, and when I try to hang the hook, it's not snug enough so it wobbles all over the place. Annoyed that I dropped holes in a perfectly good wall for this thing. If I had to guess, I'd say the 5-star reviews are fake (who describes a wall hook as "adorable" or a "conversation starter"?) Very disappointed, but glad it was cheap...

Hook slips off mount; poor design
Once mounted, it can easily slip right off the anchor when you pull something off. Who would green-light this design? I’m mulling over getting double sided mounting tape to make sure it stays put or returning. At least it was cheap, but you get what you pay for sometimes

Terrible Design and Lacks Quality Tools
I bought 2 of these and both times the anchor gave out. I only hang a few tote bags and a robe on the other. Do not recommend. Buy something of value because now I have 2 giants holes in my wall
