It's brittle plastic and was broken
I used drive up service and got home to find that this item was broken and fasteners missing. Another item on my order was out of stock so I already was needing to go to a different location, but now I need to go BACK to my local store again to get a replacement because the other location doesn’t have a replacement for the broken item. Very frustrating!

Nice but weak
I purchased four of these to organize and store my most frequently used items in my bathroom. I love the look, size, and ease of installation. But... just three are holding strong. I do not believe the clear adhesive strips that comes with the caddy can truly hold 4 pounds. I will need to invest in additional strips that are stronger. Great while it lasted! (3 days)

Purchased for inside the cabinet door. Unfortunately, this caddy comes with clear strips. I understand why as this is a clear container;however, as many of us command users know the clear strips can be sensitive to certain surfaces. So for all who is concerned about this product falling: if the clear strips it comes with doesn’t adhere to where you’re using it, use the traditional white size large strips or even use large bathroom refill strips. It’s a pain you have to buy a refill strip pack just to adhere this caddy but it’s worth having storage in cabinet.

Adhesive Strips Don't Work
Read the reviews. The adhesive strips aren't sticky enough. I followed the instructions, made sure I had a smooth, clean wall, held it there for 2+ minutes, and it fell off almost instantly.

This says it holds 4 pounds. This is a lie. I followed the instructions flawlessly and this thing came crashing down within ten minutes despite only putting 2 pounds of products in the caddy. I tried a second time and no difference. I want a refund.

Great hidden cabinet shelf!
Love their purpose and the ease of placing them! I used a small level inside them for placement. The command strips fold at the bottom, so make sure they stay straight when applying them. I used these for my sink cabinet for tiny objects, and in another cabinet for all my chip clips. *Always clean the surface with alcohol as recommended, it really does the trick! These will be convenient storage for a long time! And just for the record, the bottom does not have any holes in it, so it can be used for tiny objects. Love the clear design. :)
