I bought a pkg of 18 Value pack clear mini hooks. never opened. when i opened them the adhesive stips had no stick. they were all brittle?? I have purchased your command strips many times. But first time this happened?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from 3M to try in my home. We have had several command hooks in the past and this one did not disappoint. We used it in our kitchen for towels. We have had great experience with Command adhesive and will continue to buy this great product. Recently we moved and they all were easily removed.

for whatever reason I got the velcro stickies with this hook. it don't hold a simple hand towel to dry your hands. pictures included. I finally removed the sticker and it took off the dry wall. I hate these darn products. especially in winter when things start falling off the walls.
