If you have any experience assembling prefab furniture, this will be easy. I finished it in twenty minutes. Yes, the wood pieces are not identified by stickers, but there are only five pieces which can easily be oriented to the diagrams in the instruction manual by identifying the location of the pre-drilled holes. For the holes that were not quite big enough for the wooden pegs, I just gently tapped the pegs with a hammer without damaging the wood. The holes lined up with the hardware, sometimes it took a firm hand, but no biggie. A philips-head screwdriver is required, but not included. I'd purchase again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this desk. It only took me about 30 minutes to put it together. It comes with 5 pieces plus the hardware. The pieces are not labeled but what made it easier for me was laying everything out in the beginning, looking at the instructions and figuring out which piece was A, B, C, etc. You can tell by the way the holes are on each piece from the pictures in the instructions. I took a pencil and labeled the piece with the correct letter and then just wiped it off. It was super simple. It came together quickly and is the perfect size for my 8 year old who loves to craft and draw. It’s exactly what I expected for $40.

It looks very simple but the assembly instructions are very unclear and by the time you realize which boards are supposed to be facing a different way, the screws break off inside the holes or the cheap wood breaks apart. Spent 45 min tryna set up before the surface of the cheap white wood came up. Returning tomorrow!

We bought this a few months ago for our 10 year old’s room and finally had someone put it together. It took forever and our son can’t even fit his legs underneath it to sit comfortable and do homework. While I measured the width to make sure it would fit in the place we wanted it, I didn’t think to measure the height. The quality is also so low that I don’t think it would last more than a year. Such a waste of time.

This is perfect for small spaces or kids rooms. I bought it for myself since right now I could not afford a $100+ desk. I need it for my online college classes. Now my 6 year old wants one! It’s about 30-32 inches wide.

I am a “get a man to do it” type of woman, but my man didn’t want to do it when I wanted it done so here I was putting together something for the first time in my life. All the screws looked a bit scary and I was ready to quit before I started, but I was I decided to just do it like Nike. It started off good, and then when it came to actually attaching the pieces together it got a little murky. I succeeded though. Took me an hour exactly. I didn’t read the “how to use the cam lock system” portion, if I did it might have gone a bit quicker for me. But I took the hard way and figured it out myself, just like a man would! There was a minor chip in the front of the desk, I don’t really care though bc I just need something sturdy. Overall pretty simple, got me ready to build more stuff!!

i feel like readings reviews helps to get a product or not. this one had a little but of bought.. so i went with my instincts & bought it. DONT REGRET IT. it’s small & good quality. reviews said it was kinda hard to put. my husband put it in 30 min no help. if you need it asap yes go for it but if it can wait then i do suggest you look for more options

Skip the bad reviews. If you follow along with the pictures in the instructions, you’ll get it assembled. I’m a 30 y/o woman w/ 2 lingering toddlers and assembled it in 30 minutes. It’s small but will get the job done. Better than developing a bad back from working in the bed.
