Simple, compact, & affordable
I appreciate the compact, lightweight design of this steamer. Others may work more quickly or hold more water, but I chose this one because it was under $25, fits easily into my carry-on bag and it gets the wrinkles out. A great buy for the money!

pleasantly surprised
I got this as a quick fix after my last steamer kicked the bucket. it's water chamber is much smaller and there's no handle so I wasnt expecting much. but it's been great! I can steam a midi dress, a button down & a pair of pants on one fill and that's all I personally need! it steams so well and much quicker than my old one. Im actually enjoying this little guy a lot and plan to keep it.

The size of the steamer is compact but the water tank is way too small. And there was no directions in the box. Ironing would be quicker!

Bought this to get out wrinkles in a heavy fabric formal dress. It did well but for my dress I was steaming for about an hour. However, this was expected because it was super wrinkled in a bag for 1yr! Buy this product if you're on a time crunch and don't mind steaming your own clothes. Great product and affordable!

Did not work on sheer or heavier drapes
This steamer was highly rated in consumer report, so I purchased. Following directions I tried to steam sheer curtains but the packaging wrinkles would not come out. I tried the next day to take wrinkles out of a heavier, sliding door drape and it did not work. There was ample steam coming out but did nothing to revolution the creases in the curtains. It may work very well on a blouse or quick touch up,. but that was not why I purchased it. I will be returning.

Kind of cheaply made. Reservoir is small. Heavy for my 85 year old mother to use. And not as effective at removing wrinkles as expected.
