I don't know if I got a lemon, but it would just randomly shut off every couple of seconds. The steam wouldn't stay online enough to use it. And then it would randomly sputter water. This was the first use right out of the box. Returned. Do not recommend.

That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Here are a few quick troubleshooting steps that might help get your steamer working properly: Check the Water Level – Make sure the water tank is filled to at least the minimum fill line. The unit won’t produce steam if the water is too low. Preheat Time – After plugging it in, wait at least 30–60 seconds for the steamer to heat up before pressing the steam trigger. It may take slightly longer on first use. Hold Steamer Upright – Ensure the steamer is held vertically during use. Tilting or laying it flat may prevent proper steam flow. Steam Trigger – Confirm that the steam trigger/button is being pressed and held down during use. Some models only produce steam while the trigger is engaged. Descaling (if applicable) – If this isn’t your first use, mineral buildup could be blocking steam. Try running a cleaning solution of equal parts white vinegar and water through the tank, then rinse thoroughly. If you’ve tried all the above steps and still aren't getting Steam, please contact us. I usually don’t write reviews, but I remember being skeptical after reading so many negative ones—so I wanted to share my experience. For under $20, I figured it was worth a try—and I’m glad I took the chance. I’ve had this steamer for over a year now and I love it. I mainly use it on my work clothes, which include a variety of materials: • 100% polyester • 80% polyacrylic / 20% nylon sweaters • 60% cotton / 40% modal or viscose • 71% polyester / 25% rayon / 4% spandex blends The steamer works well on all of them. That said, my husband’s clothes are thicker and mostly 100% cotton, which the steamer doesn’t handle as effectively. For his shirts, I prefer using a regular iron to save time and get better results. I always use distilled water to prevent clogging, especially since we have hard tap water. This tip applies to both the steamer and my iron. Hope this helps someone who’s on the fence like I was!

It only worked one. I bought to travel with and it impressed me with the first use. Going to use it for the second time and it would just click but no steam. I only used distilled water with it on the first try.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before buying this steamer. I got this less than a year ago and have used it a few times and it randomly stopped working. It turns on but doesn’t steam anymore!

Got this steamer June 15th 2024 and around May 2025 it stopped working. Doesnt even steam anymore but instead just spits out hot water everywhere and makes a mess. A shame as at first it was really good and convenient but I would recommend to listen to the reviews as this seems to be common and invest in a better one.

The size and bag are great for travel. WIth the size it does not have alot of push which is ok for smaller pieces, but if your steaming a larger piece may consider shopping for a larger size.

Bought this to travel out of the country with. Used it at home prior to travel on quite a few garments. I was impressed. Went to use it on my trip and it would not steam. Just spit hot water on my clothes and my hands. Tried it several times, kept just dripping large amounts of water, making a mess and near burning my hands with the hot water dripping. Threw it in the garbage. Not even worth lugging it back home for a refund.

My son is heading to college in a few days and his housing complex suggested the students bring steamers since irons aren’t allowed. We just tested it out at home on his new curtains and I’m surprised how well it worked. We followed the instructions exactly and it worked perfectly!
