Very dim. It has three brightness levels but even the brightest one is extremely dim. Pointless and a waste of money. After 6 months it started randomly turning off, even with new batteries. Garbage. DO NOT BUY.

Turns Off Randomly....
Loved this mirror when I first got it. However, after a month the light randomly turns off after a few seconds. I read a previous review where they have to change the batteries once a month. If this is the case, I will return the mirror. I do not sit in front of it for hours so to replace the batteries monthly seems a bit excessive. I do agree that the light could be a bit brighter. Giving it one more month before I return for a different brand....

Bright for a few days
It lights up great but after 4 or 5 days it starts flickering and barely puts out light. As soon as I put new batteries in it’s bright again for a few days. I know corded mirrors can be annoying but you won’t go broke buying batteries. It does the job at first but it’s a pain to constantly keep up with. Oh and I used brand name batteries, lithium and regular and the result was the same.

Warped Mirror
I bought a circular conair mirror from target a few years ago, and was heartbroken when it shattered and I had to get a replacement. This rectangular mirror was warped and created a distorted, blurry reflection; I can’t use it for its intended purpose. The stand is very short, so I have to manipulate with objects on my desk to create a working height. Also, I loved that the old mirror was a plug in so I didn’t have to worry about batteries or buying replacements, which makes this much more expensive than the already $50.

Small, low light, and distorted mirror.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in this mirror. I have had great success with other Conair products, but this one fell way short. I found the mirror to be too small, very low light (even at its brightest setting), and the mirror image was distorted. Only pro was that it was cordless. I replaced with the Zadro Max Bright Mirror (10x mag.) here on Target.com and cannot say enough good things about it. Definitely worth the extra $15.
