Light up tile doesn’t work

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your Light-Up Square. We take the quality of our products seriously and appreciate you getting in touch. We’d love to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, so I’d like to walk through a couple of quick checks first: 1. Power vs. Dimmer Buttons Just to confirm—when turning the tile on, are you pressing the Power button (marked with the universal power icon ⏻) rather than the Dimmer button (marked with a light bulb icon)? Here’s a quick reminder of how they work: Power button:  • Press once – turns one side on  • Press twice – turns both sides on  • Press a third time – turns one side off  • Press a fourth time – turns both sides off Dimmer button:  • Only works once the tile is powered on  • Tap to cycle through brightness levels 2. Try While Plugged In Could you please try turning the light on while it's plugged in and charging? This will help us determine whether it’s a charging or power issue. 3. Charging Time Lastly, could you let me know how long the tile has been left on charge before trying to use it? Tiles do not charge up

I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren. 3 of them will not charge and do not work. The price is unjustified considering the quality. The one that works is very cool. Hoping it continues to work long enough to get my money;s worth out of it.
