A:Â I used it on a Tiffany sterling silver necklace with a tiny diamond in it. The diamond was not harmed.

Q: Can this be used on Pandora bracelets and charms? Also, what are the ingredients?

A: No, although this product is for sterling silver jewelry, Pandora uses a rhodium plating that may react with our jewelry cleaner and they use a special oxidization design application (the darkened area in the engraving) that will be removed with this product. However, our Connoisseurs Dazzle Drops Silver Jewelry Cleansing Crème is safe for Pandora Bracelets and Charms. Our Jewelry Wipes and Silver Polishing Cloth also work very well.

A: It won't damage diamonds, however we do not recommend our Silver Jewelry Cleaner for cleaning jewelry with gemstones, due to the other metals involved with creating the settings and prongs. This is a harsh cleaner. It damaged my jewelry and the silver turned tarnished again very quickly after using this product. I would not use again. It also has a strong odor.

I’ve used this cleanser for years and love it. I wish to make shoppers aware…check the lid to make sure it’s not been opened the protective cover has not been peeled back or cut. Today my husband picked up my order and I ended up with half a container. Someone cut the protective cover and items in the same bag were slimy. This is the first time this has happened, but still check to be safe.

If you have ruined your jewelry with this crappy product, I recommend Hagerty Silver Foam to fix it. This product made my jewelry yellow. I have attached a picture comparison to a ring I didn’t use it on and one I did. I’m sure you can tell which is which. This should be 0 stars.

I wish I had was these reviews before hand… was excited to get my 925 sterling silver chain looking as it did when I first got it, and after using this product, it looks worse… same issue as others.. looks like it left a yellow-ish film on the chain. Almost as if it dried it out… would not recommend

Read instructions!!!!! Also READ THE CANCER WARNING!!! Worked for my real silver - ate away at like target jewelry. It cleaned the tarnish off my silver, but you can only leave it in there for 5 seconds and get it out quickly. Key ingredient is what causes cancer. So, I would look for other methods. Google says warm water & soap! Or splurge for a professional cleaning.

Ruined my sterling silver charms. They are now covered in a film I had to try and buff out with a polishing cloth I bought after this liquid stuff ruined the finish. It has taken away all the dark details of the silver and has filled the carvings with a peach colored tarnish. Wish I’d never used this product.
Yeah it smells a little but works wonders on sterling silver! So excited to be able to wear my jewelry again!
