A: This will clean silver, but not remove tarnish. We sell Connoisseurs Silver Jewelry Cleaner or Dazzle Drops Silver Crème for silver jewelry.

If used correctly and you follow the instructions it brings your gold or platinum back to life. I have some pieces back from high school graduation and it left them like new! I love this product I recommend for 14k solid gold. Make sure to rinse off the piece and clean it with a cloth after so you don’t have any residue on it or so it doesn’t smell like the chemical if that makes sense.

the silver cleaning solution works wonders but the gold solution stripped some of the gold off and now when i wear my pieces they irritate my skin because the component of different metals are now exposed. if you want to clean your jewlery just use soap and water

This works wonders. The negative reviews I am wondering if not real gold or diamonds. Does not fix plated gold. Does not clean cubic zirconia. 10k and up makes the gold shine. Does not fix white gold. White gold is dipped. White gold that has turned yellow will need a pro dip. Cleaners are not a fix. They are cleaners.
