Connoisseurs Silver Jewelry Cleaner Dazzle Drops

Followed the instructions and it made the discoloration worse on my jewelry 🥺

Wasn’t very helpful and wasn’t easy to use

This did not work at all I can’t believe I spent money on this. I bought the silver one and I bought the advanced jewelry cleaner one. I’ve tried to use it multiple times on different jewelry and it has never once worked. I wish I wasn’t outside of the return policy so I could get my $20 back

I use this under my office chair. it's a little smaller than I thought but fine

It didn’t work as described on the bottle. I had to use a regular cloth to actually get just a little cleaner. The jewelry is still not clean. Would not buy again

I wanted to use this to clean tarnished jewelry that has been just sitting for a few years and it didn’t help at all

I was about to get rid of this set then decided to try and clean it first. WOW!! I did not expect it to look this good again. This product did a great job. I highly recommend for silver jewelry cleaning. The only change I would recommend is a shorter bristle on the brush so the jewelry doesn’t get lost in it while cleaning.

It works! Takes a bit of scrubbing & patience but it made my tarnished necklace look as good as new.

This is not a good product! They had a liquid jewelry cleaner for silver that worked fantastic. This cream cleaner is not as it promised. I do not recommend it. It’s like a toothpaste and does not clean silver jewelry. Look for the liquid cleaner. Don’t waste your money on this product.

My class ring had been lost to time. The sterling silver was tarnished beyond recognition. This has the ring shining again.

Works great. Since sterling silver DIP cleaner ruins gemstone jewelry I prefer this cleaner because I can control what parts are cleaned. It is VERY difficult to get the cleaner out of that horribly thick, little bottle though. I do enjoy keeping everything in the cup provided. Sterling Silver cleaning requires warm water, and the brush provided works nicely as you buff away the tarnish under warm water. Dry it properly afterwards of course. You have to know how to clean your jewelry not just drop it into cleaning liquid. Took a star off because of the terribly difficult squeeze of the bottle.

Does not clean the silver at all. If I could give a zero I would.

It was a bit messy and did not clean as well as the cloth does. You also do not get a lot for your money. You definitely need to use more than just a drop.

looks good, awful product! difficult to get out of the bottle, brush awkward to use, and it doesn't work much as well. all in all, grab your favorite regular silver polish and cloth and give this product a miss!

This is a cream in a hard to squeeze bottle. You don't soak your jewelry like you would with the liquid dip. You squeeze out a drop on your jewelry and use the soft bristle brush. Handling your jewelry while trying to brush it is messy, and time consuming, especially when you find the results are poor in the end. I would stick with the dip. This cream was twice the cost of the dip.

This product works great on my many sterling silver rings and even my couple necklaces. It just is a little work to get everything looking clean and free of tarnish. I am a biologist and work with some harsh chemicals that sterling silver does not like, but this removes all tarnish that has built up after a day at work and leaves my rings looking so bright and shiny!

It's ok. Too much work and packaging too fancy just to do a mediocre job. I found the silver polishing cloth did a much better job....could have saved myself some money

Works miracles! I had 2 Tiffany Co necklaces that completely tarnished and it looks BRAND NEW! You gotta put the work in it to make it look new but it works!! I’m so happy to wear my necklace again!

I’m not sure why others had a hard time with this. I did have to apply the cream a second time to get the last bit of tarnish off. But overall works well. Apply to dry jewelry. Don’t rinse until fully complete with cleaning. I also felt the brush was decent size. Some other cleaners have such small brushes it takes forever to scrub it all off. Might be too big for smaller pieces say post earrings. We will see how long it protects from further tarnishing.
