Crafted at the Mission Bell Winery in Madera, California, Cook's California Champagne Brut White Sparkling Wine features ripe aromas and flavors of apple and pear. A prosecco-style sparkling wine, this 1.5 liter magnum bottle of wine is fruity and fresh. This medium-dry wine's aromas and flavors are balanced with toasty yeast notes and floral nuances. To fully appreciate this fine wine's complexity, chill the bottle for three to three and a half hours before serving this sparkling white wine at approximately 40 degrees. Plastic cork
Normally I would give this a good review. However I got a bottle with a PLASTIC cork and I could not for the life of me get it out. It said to twist but it was like super glued on. I had to get it out in pieces. Whoever designed this needs a new job.

This is the BEST! Perfect size for a girl's brunch with your friends! It has a light taste and it inexpensive. Worth every penny! Not too sweet either, love me a good brut. I buy this brand over and over. Pro tip: use an individual orange juice to make mimosas on the go! Make sure you aren't driving; drink responsibly!

It’s two bottles in one for a cheaper price and the bigger size makes it the perfect other half for a bottle of oj ;) If you love mimosas, I highly recommend this because it creates the perfect ratio without hurting your wallet! The bottle is the size of a small baby but if that bothers you than you probably shouldn’t be reading a review on a giant bottle of champagne. Highly recommend for the taste and price point!
