Crafted at the Mission Bell Winery in Madera, California, Cook's California Champagne Brut White Sparkling Wine features ripe aromas and flavors of apple and pear. A prosecco-style sparkling wine, this 750 mL bottle of wine is fruity and fresh. This medium-dry wine's aromas and flavors are balanced with toasty yeast notes and floral nuances. To fully appreciate this fine wine's complexity, chill the bottle for three to three and a half hours before serving this sparkling white wine at approximately 40 degrees. Since 1859, when Isaac Cook created the first American champagne, Cook's wines have been continuing the tradition of crafting quality champagnes that are perfect for every celebration, from brunch cocktails to champagne toasts at dinner. Great champagne
Although this is my preferred champers, the quality of taste varies. Some vintages are definitely more Brut than others. Perfect for mimosas, or to celebrate getting that laundry finally folded 🥂

Absolutely one of my favorites! Mimosas are a family holiday tradition in our house and we wouldn’t buy any other kind. Lots of sparkling bubbles and super easy packaging! The taste is heaven and the price is very reasonable. A must have!

This is pretty much a staple in my house. We use it to make mimosas, it’s not expensive so it’s easy to stock up on for a crowd. It can be tart if drank by itself. But it’s not bad.

Cook's California Champagne Brut Sparkling Wine is easy to find in most grocery stores and is at an affordable price for large events. The flavor isn't fantastic but is ok for mimosas or champagne cocktails when bitters and a sugar cube are added.

Bleh! I did not enjoy drinking this at all. Way too bitter and dry with no sweetness to taste whatsoever. Sticking with my Spumante lines when wanting to feel boujee 😂😂😂

I wouldn't drink it on its own, but it goes mimosas ok sonyou can save some money. It really does not taste good by itself though.
