This is because due to unexpected life events I haven’t been able to hang the shade yet. But… I have researched the product and can’t wait to hang it in my backyard. This shade will provide a great spot for us to cool off from the summer sun. I love that it comes with ropes to attach it with and that it will block 90% of the suns UV rays. This is going to he a great addition to the backyard.

I really like how the support straps are very securely attached to the main shade with long heavy cords (see pic). These make hanging easy once you find good supports. I do wish Coolaroo sold support poles. The mocha brown color is really nice. This product has a 3 year fabric warranty which is fantastic for an outdoor product.

It makes for an added spot for those summer days. Great for an extension to your patios, over a pool, patio furniture set, children’s play area, and much more. Can be used for temporary or permanent shading. Easy to remove or move around if needed. I used mine for my plants to have some shade in their pots and for an extra area for our pup to cool off. Installing it was harder than expected because we had to figure out how to attach it to our home and tree, but it does come with ropes that you can use. If you're planning on putting these up, I recommend doing so before the start of summer when it's blazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] while this canopy didn’t cover as much area as i thought it appears to be, it seems to be well made. The rope ends of the canopy are pretty long and therefore allowing you to adjust how you need the canopy to be to your liking. Under the sun the canopy did help quiet a bit as i felt cooler standing underneath it, but i think you would eventually feel the sun if you hang out underneath this canopy long enough. the setup will definitely be much easier if you extra person helping you. My setup has so much extra rope slack, so it will look much nicer had i known how to make pretty rope knots. with that said, a quick google search on how to make storage rope knots will do the trick.
