I purchased this on a whim and without refrigerating it I just shook it up and drank it warm, and can say the taste is smooth and delicious. My second time I refrigerated it and the outcome was just as pleasant. This delicious drink has 26 grams of protein and is packed with other vitamins as well delivering an excellent way to get the protein my daily routine needs. I’m now a big fan and definitely would recommend this to everyone and anyone!

This definitely gives you the protein boost you need before or after a workout. It tastes great. As a stand alone drink it’s a little thicker than I prefer, but you can get creative and mix vanilla ice cream and strawberry pieces into it and make a nice smoothie/shake. It mixes great and I like it this way much better.

This flavor tastes a lot like the strawberry milk I grew up drinking but with way better ingredients. It's made with 2% filtered low fat grade A milk, strawberry puree and banana puree. contains less than 1% of all other ingredients -its not a long list either. 26g of protein, which is awesome cuz I do struggle to meet protein goals. I look forward to trying out more flavors I'll definitely be adding these to my diet occasionally.

I think this would be a great alternative to eating a big breakfast that contains processed foods your body does not need. This shake was smooth and had no after taste. I can't wait to try the other flavors.

One bottle provides me with 26 grams of protein and 170 calories to add to my post workout meal. I like drinking this straight from the bottle or adding it with a bit of fruit and ice and blending it into a smoothie. The drink is already premade and smooth, so there is no issue with the texture. It has the consistency of a think milk. Overall, a great drink!

It has a good calorie content and good protein. I mean, who wouldn’t want a low calorie and high protein smoothie?
