Description

The Abdominal Binder gently supports the belly to promote healing after abdominal injury or surgery. This support is ideal for use after a caesarean section, bariatric surgery, exploratory laparotomy, hysterectomy, tummy tuck, or some spinal surgeries to help support the abdomen and maintain proper intra-abdominal pressure.

This low profile support helps supplement the abdominal muscles and ligaments weakened by injury, surgery, postpartum, or loss of muscle tone. By gently compressing the abdomen, this support helps reduce strain on an incision. It also provides mild back support and can also be used to wrap the abdomen after delivery for tummy reshaping. Made from 9 inch high elastic material that stretches and contracts, this support contours to the natural shape of the body for increased comfort. The plush hook and loop material provides light support for the back while the durable, multitiered elastic material hugs the belly to help prevent the support from slipping, bunching, or rolling during daily activities. Soft elastic CorEdge finish on top and bottom edges offers added comfort and flexibility.

TOP produkt!

Op 3 juni geopereerd aan buikwandbreuk en navelbreuk. Meteen na de operatie deze band om door chirurg. Ik merkte er in 1e instantie niets van (.....), met andere woorden de band zat meteen goed. Met afstand de beste band die er is.

I love this binder but I’ll have to say it only lasts about a month. I have ordered about six so far. Really work well but the Velcro sticks to the fabric really tight, which is good, but enables it to fall apart. I will still order them as this is the best I have found even though it doesn’t last long.

too wide for me...

Just a bit too bulky to wear under clothes. Also, I have a very short torso, so its way too wide and hurts to wear. Had to return.

Great, Lightweight Support

I had a total hysterectomy. This binder provides excellent support and compression. It is lightweight, and is not irritating at all.

Wonderful support after abdominal (cancer) surgery!

After major abdominal surgery, I needed some support around my stomach. Walking, bending over and general movement was very painful. I needed help. I have been using the Abdominal Binder Semi-Universal for several weeks. It does a great job of supporting and containing. Even though I don't have a large body, I'm glad that I ordered the Large size. It is totally adjustable to fit your particular physique and having the Large size makes wearing it outside your clothing an option. You can adjust how tight it fits to suit your own comfort level. I would definitely recommend this product and I love that it is made in the U.S.A.

Excellent Product!

The quality and fit of this product is outstanding. Other binders are stiff and uncomfortable and this product is soft on the skin. It washes wonderfully and is hung to dry. Repeat customer already and will all buy in the future.

Overall good product

Considering this is only held on by velcro it is very snug and doesn't slip up or down when I am wearing it.
