Half and half
I really like the shape of the pillow and the main part of the pillow with the indent. However, the cervical part with the neck roll is way too hard. And overall the pillow is a bit flat and the stuffing is pretty soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Cerv Align in 2020 and I liked it. I used a few other pillows after it needed replaced. I decided to go back to a Cerv Align but this time it was to firm and I can't use it. Core products customer service helped me find another pillow to try.

Lovely comfortable pillow
I have found that the rounded neck support is a little too firm for me but having turned the pillow so that the neck support is at the top, allowing my head to be cradled in the middle of the two fluffy parts of the pillow, it has become my favorite and most comfortable pillow!

Works great!
This pillow works great for me. I am a back sleeper. I was using a different modded pillow that worked great for my neck. That pillow was putting pressure on the sides of my jaw though, because of the shape and of it. This pillow supports my neck great, and there is no side pressure on my jaw. I highly recommend.

Pillow is working for me!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As is typical of cervical pillows, it may take some time to get used to. Have other pillows handy to switch out while you get used to this pillow. I also have a Core Tri-Core cervical pillow and have found this Cerv-Align pillow suits my current needs, as it is a slightly softer pillow. As usual, Core Products are well made!

Replacement for same model
I have not tried my new pillow yet as I am still using the old one. This design has solved my neck problems. I live my current one and look forward to the new one just as much.

Only pillow I will ever use
This is the second one I bought. My first one lasted almost 3 years. I have sever degenerative disc disease C1-C6 with a bulging disc that goes into my spinal column. I have tried over 30 pillows and THIS IS IT!! I wish the pillow part lasted longer, but definitely worth every penny! Thank you Core Products❤️

Magic pillow
Love it! It does a great job of supporting my finnicky unstable neck and can sometimes fix a mild “neck feels out” issue without going to the chiropractor. The curved shape also gently helps my shoulders remember to stay down in a relaxed, un-hunched position overnight.

Poster Child
I absolutely love this pillow. I had purchased one previously through my physical therapist years ago and it was time to invest in a new one. I was so very thankful to see that it is still being produced. A sign of a quality product! Since I have used this pillow I truly have not had any neck or shoulder issues. It is a fabulous pillow for side or back sleepers. I could be a poster child for this product I like it so much!

Nice pillow
Unfortunately, this is the smallest pillow of this design that Core Products makes. I am a petite female with a long thin neck, and the 5" pillow is too big. Core Products has great customer service and they did refund the purchase price.

Amazing pillow
Ever since I started using the CervAlign Pillow I never get neck aches or cricks in my neck. It is so nice because I also don't get wrinkles on my face since my head is elevated a bit and curved, not smooshed into the pillow. I have two, one in each home.
