Q: need most adhesive possible. How long do they stay on foot?
A: Hi there! Great Question, the best practice is to keep it on there for 48 hours without getting it wet and then replace. We test our product and can confirm our product reliably stays on the dry foot for 48 hours. Hope this helps!

Q: I am confused if the sticky side should go directly on the corn or the padded side.
A: Hi - Thank you for reaching out with your question. The sticky side would go face down on the foot with the center over the corn. Hope this helps. - Carmen
