Q: need most adhesive possible. How long do they stay on foot?

A: Hi there! Great Question, the best practice is to keep it on there for 48 hours without getting it wet and then replace. We test our product and can confirm our product reliably stays on the dry foot for 48 hours. Hope this helps!

Q: I am confused if the sticky side should go directly on the corn or the padded side.

These DO stick on my feet. I think maybe people who have sweaty feet are having issues with the adhesive. For me personally the adhesive is enough. When I take them off at the end of the day sometimes the adhesive is still stuck to my toe & they’re always in the same spot which I placed them. I’m a flight attendant and wear heels Al day & they work for me. I have about 8 packs of these little guys. I do wish they came in different colors (ex:I’m brown and have beige stickers all over my feet) but they do work if you don’t have sweaty feet.
