Adhesive tears off
Padding is ok if you can get to the adhesive backing, but have always found that difficult with these sheets. When you try to peel that film off to expose the adhesive, you end up tearing off all of the adhesive. Annoying and kind of useless.

I was disappointed with this product. Years ago I had to use moleskin for a blister on my heel. It was very soft, this was more like a sheet of thin plastic. Not helpful at all.

Bought these to wear to help break in a new pair of cowboy boots I was wearing to a 4 day Country Music Festival in Myrtle Beach. They were a life saver and kept my feet from getting blistered. Not great anymore
I used to buy this product ages ago and it was so good. Haven’t needed it in a while but bought it for my kids starting soccer. It doesn’t stick anymore! It’s also less of a moleskin (soft fluffy felt like) and more a gauze fabric now. Just not what it used to be.

Stick to inside of your shoe, not your skin
This product sticks to the inside of your shoe so the moleskin side touches your skin. Reading several reviewers who seem to be adhering this product to their skin - which is incorrect.
