A: Yes, they're removable if you place them in the wrong spot. Just peel them off gently and reposition, just make sure the surface is clean and dry so they stick well again.

Great comfort
I bought these to put in my flats for work. They do provide comfort & don’t allow my feet to rub against the back. I have wide feet so often size up in shoes which then makes the back loose & my foot rub. This prevented that. Over time you do have to replace them because the adhesive starts to wear off. Not a big deal because they aren’t that expensive in my opinion

Better than name brand!
My shoe size is 7-7.5, depending on the shoe. Sometimes there are shoes that are a little too small as size 7 but a little too big for 7.5 (my feet have weird size) so when this happens, I go for the 7.5 since it'll be more comfortable. Problem is the shoe would slip off when I walk and it's very annoying, so I'd have to look for a "filler" but the inserts have the tendency to tighten the shoes too much. I tried different brands of heel cushions and even the name brands wouldn't stay in place in the long run. These worked out perfect for me without breaking the bank! The secret is to follow the directions at the back on how to use it: you have to wait for at least 15mins to let the adhesive cure before using your shoes.

This comes with 3 pairs so for the price, it’s a good deal. However, these did not work well for me. They rolled down when putting the shoes on which made it difficult & messed up the sticky part on the top. They also wouldn’t stick to the very top of the back of my shoe, which is the part that gives me blisters.
