aaaah!- no pain or joint stiffness.
relief of asrthritis pain-- the ingredients rebuild connective tissue and have natural cox 2 and lox 5 inhibitors. my usband uses this product. I use the non shell fish glucosamine b/c I am allergic to shellfish. since you did not have the non shellfish variety avaiable--I bought a similar product from doctor's best.
