Vinyl top is very thin

The table sets up nicely and is sturdy. But the vinyl top is very thin - putting anything on it will leave a mark that will eventually go away but still... even a lemon put a small dent in the vinyl. We didn't feel it was worth the cost when a folding table made of wood is only a little more money.
