Follow the instructions
It's easy to assemble as long as you follow the instructions! If a bolt won't turn, take it out and try again. Don't tighten any bolts until all are installed. The product is of great quality and we are very satisfied.

Consistent quality
Excellent product. Definitely the best "assembly required" product I've ever purchased. Well packaged with no damage. Clear instructions and labels. Great quality parts. All pieces fit perfectly. Assembly was a breeze. Perfect chair. The instructions say not to use an electric screwdriver, but I did and had no problems at all. I think they say this to avoid over-tightening and breaking the screw. The trick is to keep the nut tight against the material when tightening and stop when the screw head reaches the part. This way you don't over-tighten the screw.

Very beautiful chair
The price was very good. We usually have no trouble putting things together and this one went very smoothly. The instructions were very clear. I was also concerned about the swivel and tilt. I bought this chair for my elderly parents who don't want the chair to wobble when moved. The rigidity of the chair is great and it is very stable when sitting down or getting up. I would definitely buy this again. Thank you!

Great chair, be careful when assembling
The chairs are comfortable and roomy. I weigh about 275 lbs and they sit very comfortably. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the assembly was a little difficult. The screws and holes on one of the chairs didn't line up, causing the screws to cross-thread. I had to re-tap the nuts that were welded to the chair and put side pressure on the two pieces that were connected. Everything went smoothly. Once assembled, the chairs are great. An added bonus is that they come with a small ratchet for assembly, which my 5 year old grandson will love as he helps Dad and Grandpa with other things.

Great price and great chairs! We bought four for our patio and they are even better than expected. They are heavy duty and won't blow away on windy days, they are easy to move when needed and they fold up for storage in the winter! Highly recommend! We bought the hunter green ones.

Easy to assemble and sturdy structure
ordered a set of green Adirondack side tables, two rocking chairs and two rocking chairs. Everything went well with the electric drill, except for one or two pieces being mislabeled. All holes lined up nicely. As others have shared, it is imperative to read the assembly instructions carefully from beginning to end before starting assembly, which I do when assembling any product that requires assembly. The assembled furniture looks sturdy and comfortable.

Perfect for the Florida sun!
Our previous chairs were wood and often needed to be repainted and sealed. After a few years, the Florida weather became unbearable. That's when we found these chairs as a replacement. Arrived about 4 days ahead of schedule and assembled both chairs in less than 15 minutes. They are lightweight and durable, and they are sturdy. I love the color and the built in cup holders, perfect for warm summer days. The price is about the same as other chairs. The chairs are also very comfortable and the size is perfect for your outdoor area.

Great chair
The packaging was great. Everything needed for assembly was in the packaging. One screw was a little off in alignment and took a little extra effort, but that added about 2 minutes to the assembly time. My only complaint is that I couldn't order two sets on my account. So I ordered one set and my wife ordered the other. The chairs are very comfortable and everyone loves them.

Sturdy chair
The chairs are very sturdy. I bought two for my son. We went on a picnic and everyone found them very comfortable. They were also easy to assemble. The chairs can also be folded for easy storage and do not take up much space. The cup holders are perfect for drinks and are very convenient to use.

I ordered two for my porch to replace the old rattan chairs which were hard to maintain and looked old. These polywood rockers were a little hard to assemble at first but the second chair was a breeze to assemble. I thought I did my homework but the backrests have a much greater incline than I would like, which is fine if you want to recline and put your feet up, but you need a footrest...adding the cushions solved the problem and I am very happy with them now!

Great but!
am sitting in my new chairs as I write this review. My 13 year old son was very helpful and helped me assemble these chairs. They are very comfortable and look great on either end of the picnic table. I love that they rock back and forth a little! The armrests are long enough to support your entire forearm, not just the elbow. What a great deal! We enjoy them while reading a book, drinking coffee, or eating lunch at the picnic table.

Read the instructions for all 5 assembly steps first.
The chair is beautiful and assembly took a short and easy time. Please read and understand the instructions from beginning to end. On step one, the instructions say "this is a little tricky". You will notice that you need to make sure that there are center dimples on both vertical side braces and that these should be facing up as these will be positioned in the next step of assembly. Also, the instructions mention that the two longest bolts in step one need to go through the holes to position them. They will be installed with the corresponding washers and nuts, and the instructions tell you that this is in step five, not step one! You would think that their "engineers" would not write "this is a little tricky" but would explain it concisely.
