Very sturdy and true to size. Bought for my nephew who is 6'4" and he loves it.

Everything went well with the chair assembly until the last bolt. It would only go about a third of the way into the frame. I tried again and again, even tried a brand new spare bolt they provided, but it didn't work. I tried calling their customer service, but the line was always busy. I checked their email and described the problem. They responded within a few hours, asked a few questions, and then said they would provide a replacement for the frame. Today (just a few days later) the part arrived and everything works great! Good Value for Money: I compared it to other products reviewed and this one is worth it considering the price and the good reviews.

I love these chairs! They were easy to put together, feel very sturdy, and the swivel feature makes them super comfortable and convenient. The mesh fabric is perfect for hot weather and dries quickly after rain. They look great on my balcony and fit in with my patio, and are definitely worth the money. Highly recommend!

I really needed some new chairs for my patio and didn't want to spend a lot of money. These chairs are awesome and go perfectly with my table. I love the black design. They come in very handy right out of the box and are very comfortable. They don't take up much space either. The chairs are great quality and the price is fair. Definitely recommend!

So I gave these a five star review because for the price they are an excellent value, a few tips when assembling, do not tighten the seat base and seat back until all the screws are in place, do not use the long end of the allen key with the small ball, even though it can help tighten the screws quickly, I find it damages the allen screws and then the allen key will not fit into the screw, thankfully they provide spare screws, the chair is very stable to sit on, a small lower back pillow helps with comfort

First of all, I like these chairs, much better than the wicker ones. They are easy to assemble once you understand that the instructions are useless. The instructions say part B but the correct part is marked part C. Also some of the holes were drilled wrong. I had to drill some of the holes myself. Other than that, so far, good product, we'll see if they are durable?

looked everywhere for chairs in this color and was pleasantly surprised to find these. Our daughter and son-in-law helped us assemble these chairs and when we got to the last one, it looked like the fabric was securing Ben to the frame the wrong way around. The seller responded very quickly and sent me a video explaining the cause and the solution. Turns out it was just "folded" incorrectly when packaged.

recently bought a pair of chairs for my backyard patio and I have to say I was really impressed with the comfort and quality of the chairs. I've left them out for a few weeks now, and they've been exposed to the elements and they look very durable with no fading or anything. Not only are these chairs practical, but they're also stylish in their grey finish and blend in perfectly with my outdoor decor. The only minor downside I've noticed is that the metal frame can get a little hot if left out in the sun for a while, so it's best to be aware of that if you're using them during the sunniest hours. But honestly, that's nothing compared to how well they perform. Also, you might want to be careful if you plan on using them on very soft ground, as the legs can dig in a bit, but they've been perfect on my patio and by the pool. All in all, for the price, this is a great investment for anyone who wants outdoor seating that's comfortable, durable, and easy to maintain.

They go together easily...I tried putting 4 nickels in the back, the factory ones, and 4 towards the front. The 4 in the back definitely lean forward, which might be useful if used on a table, the 4 in the front lean back significantly, slightly unstable, the pool photo shows the factory ones on the left, and the 4 nickels forward on the right, I'll be using them for a while...good quality, and the price is right

The chair was put together fine. There are a few scratches on the metal. The brown color of the chair is not at all like in the pictures. It is more of a tan/brown color, not the gray-brown color in the pictures. The seat is very flat and not very comfortable to sit on. The chair leans forward slightly. The back is OK. I have assembled both chairs since I bought them last July, but the bottoms are already showing signs of rust. I searched for months hoping to find the perfect chair, but this chair is not what I was looking for at all. I will make do with what I can until I find a suitable new chair. (Note: The company did address the wear and tilt issues I had and gave me a partial refund to keep my original chair.)

The chairs look beautiful. So far so good. The seat cushions are cheap and thin, only 2 inches, a bit small for a chair cushion. So I ordered some 3 inch chair cushions that are nice and 19x19 inches in a color that works better with my decor. It took a while to get the legs on a level surface, they were wobbly and one leg was longer than the other! So I loosened the screws and banged the chairs on a level surface until the legs were finally firmly seated, then carefully tightened the screws until the chairs stood firmly and no longer "wobbled". I found that the chairs are a bit low in relation to my table! So I ordered some 1 inch leg bases (screw-on). Hopefully these chairs will survive our hot California summers.

These are horrible, poorly made and not worth the money!!! I wouldn't take them for free!!! And they charge me $60 to return them!!! I am so mad at myself for buying these!!!!!!
