Great chair
I ordered these for my pool patio. They were fairly easy to assemble. No damage during shipping. They stack up pretty well too.

This was not my best purchase
The chairs look nice. The cushions are thin, I ended up getting thicker ones. They were very difficult to assemble. I didn't use all the screws on each chair because the one I finished with was wobbly. Price wise it was ok, but I definitely wouldn't buy these chairs if I had to do it over again.

Update: I finally figured out what the problem was. Downgraded from 1 star to 3 stars. The instructions are still terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. Haven't heard back since the 1 star review. The chair is not balanced. The first 2 chairs I assembled were fine. The last 2 chairs had issues and I emailed customer service who immediately responded saying their email was full and they couldn't send the email. I didn't find any contact number. I don't know what to do yet but so far I don't recommend these chairs. The instructions are also terrible but that was evident after assembling the first chair incorrectly. The instructions say to adjust the screws to balance the chair but don't explain how to do it.

It definitely takes two people to put the chair together.
Nice chair and fairly easy to put together. An Allen key is provided but it is not very good quality. Better to get a good Allen key so you don't screw up the bolts.

3 of the chairs assembled correctly but 1 could not because it was a factory defect and the seat material was placed on the other side of the frame - otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Great value. Beautiful. Comfortable.
was a little apprehensive about the low price. I needed some chairs for family gatherings in our new home and patio. It was fall and the options were limited. I thought *worst case scenario* they would be able to fit the bill and I could buy them next spring. They are sturdy, nice, and comfortable. Definitely worth having. Didn't assemble very smoothly (took some effort to get the last screw in).

Poor workmanship
The brackets on the seat crossbar were not welded straight so the legs would not lie flat and the chair would wobble.
