Fast delivery
got them overnight just in time for a short trip. They are very comfortable and work great. The lock is plastic but durable enough for us. We are larger and my husband said it was not comfortable due to the narrow size. They came in a box and were covered in plastic. I only gave 4 stars because the lock is plastic.

Leaning tower of wobbly stool
Super attractive, look just as pictured and easy to assemble! Unfortunately that’s where the positives stop for me. Now, I can admit it isn’t the stool’s fault that I’m only 5’3” on a good day, but dang! These stools are hard to get on to! They are also rather uncomfortable. They are just the right amount of comfortable if you only want your guests to stay for half an hour. They are also quite wobbly and don’t feel sturdy at all. I nearly had a heart attack watching my 5-year-old “do it myself” and pull herself to a seated position atop the tower of spindly legs. Even my 6 foot tall pilot husband, who spends his days at 36,000 feet, seemed to be afraid of the height and unstableness of this unfortunate design. Needless to say, these are returning to the box and returning to the store. Such a bummer considering how well they matched the other superb black poly rattan patio pieces that I will be keeping.

The folding part of the chair looks dirty, maybe it has been
Delivery was on time. Easy to open and close. I haven't used the tray yet but from where it is placed it doesn't feel very stable. I wouldn't put anything in there that would fall and break. I opened the box and unpacked a chair and it looked dingy as shown in the pictures. I bought these for an outdoor event and didn't have time to return them and reorder.

Beautiful and comfortable
The chairs are very comfortable and easy to adjust to reclining mode. No assembly required upon arrival, just attach the cup holders to each chair. The chairs are very elegant and modern, the fabric withstood the first rain. I am very satisfied and they fold up so easily that I will even take them to the beach.

One of the chairs had no headrest!! Other than that the chairs looked fine!
