It protects the back
This seat is awesome! It easily straps to my boat seat and keeps my back from aching when I'm out for hours. It folds up for easy portability, which is great, and it's easy to remove. It feels very sturdy, and the little lumbar support pad is really helpful! I love it.

Perfect for our boat
We wanted new boat seats because our previous ones were too big and in the way. These seats gave us more room. They were comfortable even when the boat was bouncing around. If they didn't fold up, they would get very hot in the sun. If the seats didn't fold up, you'd have to be careful sitting in a swimsuit. I'm 5'1" and I could touch the ground in these seats without any problems.

Because of my age, I wanted some comfortable, boat-friendly seats. I removed the tilting posts and added two more of these seats, one in the front and one in the back. I wore them fishing all day, and surprisingly, I never had any back pain. The seats look well-made and should last!
