Assembly required
The assembled product is nice, but it requires the customer to assemble it themselves. Our box did not include all the parts. The description was incorrect because the cup holders are not foldable. They are permanently screwed in. Just hung it on our front porch when it arrived, not sure how long it will last. It took about an hour for three people to assemble it. Delivery was later than the estimated delivery date. Good price for the swing.

Well-crafted swing
When unpacking, make sure all parts have been removed from the large shipping box. Always make sure to identify the left and right parts. Before installing the chain, do not fully tighten the bolts until the unit is assembled. The two sets of chains are packed in two separate packages. There are no extra parts (they are labeled), so you need to handle them carefully. Although tools are included, the screwdriver bit cannot tighten the bolts. Please prepare a cross-slot screwdriver.

Swing made of high-quality materials
found that none of the parts inside the box were damaged. I would recommend the following when assembling: 1. Lay all the parts aside first and keep the assembly manual at hand. 2. Small cutters are provided which help to remove the parts safely. 3. The side bars of the swing are sturdy and start the assembly as per the instructions in the manual. 4. For the knobs, make sure you follow the instructions first and look at the layout of the swing as the manual does not provide a complete explanation and it is a bit tricky to assemble the swing as the overall quality of the swing is much better compared to other products. I did not find any major issues with the product.
