Impressively low noise level
Great product. The fan is quiet and the vents ventilate very well to cool/heat the room.

Amazing results
This is amazing, I have never lived without this! I work at night and sleep during the day, and it doubles the cool air from the air conditioner in my room, keeping me comfortable when it's hot outside.

Quiet and easy to install
Bought this for my husband's handyman business. A customer wanted a new vent fan that was quieter than the current one. He installed it smoothly and the customer was very happy with how quiet it was and the quality.

Very suitable
It works great, the only downside is that it doesn't sense heat alone. I only turn it on when it senses heat and the blower motor on the stove is running. It's still very helpful, though. Easy to install. And it's very powerful and very quiet.

Ok, not very strong
I had a contractor replace all three bathroom fans with costway ones because they are supposed to be quiet, but the noise level is the same or louder than the ones I bought from the big box home improvement store. I should have saved some money and kept the old ones in good condition. The difference is the Panasonic is more expensive and not as powerful even at full power. All I can say is that it works fine.

A huge change
Our upstairs bedroom was always not as cool as the rest of the house. It just wasn't blowing enough air. This fan blows more air and keeps my room much cooler. Definitely worth the money. I love the sound of the fan too - it's perfect white noise for us. And it was super easy to install.

Well-built and powerful
It comes with a remote to adjust all the functions, but you can also adjust it directly from the buttons on the exhaust fan. I love that it has a child lock feature so my kids can't mess with it. It comes with a cord long enough to connect to an electrical outlet. It's very quiet and I can barely hear a thing. It really helps get the cool air from my HVAC system to the upstairs rooms...before, I had to turn the thermostat up to where it was too cold downstairs to make the upstairs comfortable. They install right onto old vents without any modifications. Highly recommend these units.

The airflow works, but there are some design flaws.
The results of this air conditioner are mixed. It itself is great in the summer as it effectively increases air circulation and cools down the upstairs rooms. Combined with closing off some downstairs vents, I've seen a significant improvement in temperature consistency across the different floors of my home. However, this is achieved while it is running at high speed all day long. This also comes with some major disadvantages. First, it's loud: like a desktop computer playing a high-definition game. I personally have a white noise machine in my bedroom when I sleep, so for me it's just extra white noise that's not audible at all at night, and no one in the bedroom minds it during the day. The air conditioner does have a smart mode, which ostensibly kicks in only when the air conditioning (or heating, depending on the current configuration) is running. The mechanics of this mode are pretty clever: it detects the ambient air temperature and kicks in when it falls below a certain threshold, assuming that this is a sign that the system is functioning. This sounds good, but there are some design flaws. First, it was very complicated to set up and took me a long time to figure out. Once you figure it out, it's actually pretty easy to get started. But the instructions are a bit confusing, partly because of the poor translation (presumably from Chinese). Once I had it set up correctly, I still couldn't get good results from Smart Mode. The device temperature wasn't precise enough, nor was it responsive enough to sense when my air conditioning was on. A better design solution would be to install an anemometer to monitor the ambient wind speed. This requires some clever programming to turn off its own fan during measurement, but this ensures that the fan is always running, even if the HVAC system is in "fan only" mode - a mode that the device currently cannot detect. This is a shame, because the "fan only" mode would have been a great way to passively circulate air at a lower cost. If the device can be controlled with a smart switch, then poor temperature control effects are easier to solve. In this case, I can manually wire a system to turn this device on when the air conditioning is on, and turn it off otherwise. Unfortunately, if the device loses power and then regains power, it will "forget" its previous mode until you press a button on the device or remote to restore it. This greatly reduced the value of the device for me, and I ended up returning it and replacing it with one that was easier to control. That being said, this is a decent device, and if you don't mind the limitations, it should suit you well.

Great fan, but oddly it speeds up so slowly
It runs very quietly with good airflow (CFM). You can easily adjust the fan speed to balance CFM and noise level. Even at the highest speed, the fan runs very quietly. One odd thing is that when you first start it up, it makes no noise at all. It will start spinning very slowly, then slowly speed up over 5-10 seconds, eventually reaching your selected speed. This is fine, but I mention this because I thought it was broken at first. Others have also said they turned it on and off repeatedly because they felt like it wasn't really turning on. This isn't a deal breaker, but it's a little weird.

Of course it's quiet
I had to replace an older model of this exhaust fan. It was an easy replacement and this fan is more powerful and quieter than the previous version. I was originally planning on just replacing one or two parts but ended up finding it much easier to just replace the whole fan. It made my job much easier!

Very high quality solid core fan.
This fan is super quiet and offers three speeds: 50, 80, 100 CFM. It is narrow enough to fit into a 2x4 inch wall space. I installed it in the attic and the insulation completely covered it. In comparison, other, bulkier fans have insulation that doesn't lie flat in the attic and will bulge up and cover the fan. One thing to note is that this fan has an 8 second delay when it starts up. I initially thought the fan was broken, but after contacting Panasonic customer service, I found out that their fans have an 8 second delay when they start up. I thought this was weird at first, but it's not a problem at all.
